One positive thing about the internet is how the world beomes a smaller but so much richer place to explore when you can connect with anyone , anywhere, who may have similar interests and outlooks on things; and can add to your knowledge of a subject. Over the last several months, Ive had ongoing conversations with a person in New Zealand , chatted with someone from Montreal, and just today found an email from a Scout Leader in California, who used the info on this blog to do a project with her scout troup about family preparedness. And that lead to sharing info that is now on this "Links and Resources" page, under Homesteading: "Home emergency and disaster safety" which is a fabulous list of resources focusing on a variety of disasters and how to make your home safer; all done by Leo, one her scout troup members. Aint this a grand world , where we can connect and share information for the benefit of all....(and thanks to Leo!).
